Would like to understand in what circumstances there will be negative unfulfilled independent demand based on TS based Heuristics Supply planning output?

which the Fulfilled Independent Demand quantity is higher than Independent Demand.

Is this a theoretical question, or do you want to understand a special situation?

If you have e. g. rounding values, that could force the system to produce more than needed. Or minimum quantities that are higher then the needed quantities. Or when working with optimizer in push scenarios. Or…
