Negative Qty not allowed for Put Away planned (with DIFD during deconsolidation)

Dear experts,

i have a simple inbound delivery with the item for 2 pc:

During the deconsolidation (SCWM/DCONS) I'm sing the standard exception code DIFD to decrease the amount of the material from 2 to 1:

After the execution of the deconsolidation my warehouse tasks looks good: the deconsolidation WT was confirmed with the DIFD code and the warehouse task for final putaway has only 1 PC and is still blocked because I did'n close the HU in the /SCWM/DCONS:

The Problem occurs when I check my inbound delivery, because this is blocked now:

When I check the delivery, i get following error message:

When I check the code where the error occurs it does not make much sense for me, because the error will always occur when I'm decreasing the amount like I did it right now:

My Question: do I do something wrong by using the standard exception code in the standard transaction or does SAP have an problem here what can be fixed by note or something?
