Need function module suggestion for copying archive files(data)from one content repository to anothe

Hello,

Function module SCMS_AO_COPY is used to copy attachment from sap database to azure blob. Similarly, need suggestions for a function module to cooy of archived files from IXOS to azure blob.

Inputs: Document Id, Source and destination.

Hi Praveen,

The fastest and most cost-effective way (esp. if you're in a cloud environment where network egress is chargeable) is to add the Azure storage device to IXOS Archiving (OpenText Archive Server / Archive Center), attach the Azure device to the repository, and migrate from existing volumes to the new device.  Don't forget to also make the Azure storage device the default device once you're satisfied with testing and migration.  If it's an older IXOS Archiving instance, you might want to consider upgrading the software first.
