Multiple operations with same key in listview (and db file)

Hello,

For some time we get an error on our main screen of the work manager (6.3), we see duplicate operations in the listview. The operations is a collection under the workorder object with key operationID.

It's the same problem as in this discussion: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3711824

We also get duplicate records in the collection with the same key and when we read the db file, we also see duplicate records in the database. I should think this is not possible because they have the same key.

Since this wasn't solved I hope someone knows the answer to this problem?

Dear Subash,

When we clear the client, the problem is solved temporary.

With some users the problem resurfaces, other user don't have the problem anymore.

This could be a case of client corruption . Please clear your client and try again . If this still a persistent issue please open an incident with Support to look into this case in more detail.
