multiple different articles in same case for purchase

I need to group assorted articles into the same Casepack.  I cannot do this as a prepack using variants..

My company runs Restautant/food service sites in airports.  Example:  we sell Bagels.  In one airport we purchase a group of assorted bagel flavors as a prepack (12 plain, 6 onion, 6 raisin), however in another airport that prepack comes from a different vendor and it is (12 Plain, 6 onion, 6 raisin, 6 poppyseed), then in another airport we purchase from 3rd vendor all individually.  

I cannot utilize Prepack due to all bagel flavors below would be variants, and since the combination is different based on the vendor it won't work. One solution would be creating a separate prepack set up for each vendor, but the result would be having 45 different article numbers for "Plain Bagel"

Is there a way to group "single" articles into a case-pack for purchase order processing.  The vendor in the above scenario invoices us for "Assorted Bagels", if we enter each bagel flavor separately on the PO, we won't be able to execute automatic 3-way match and invoice will have to be manually released.

Hello,

this to me sounds like you need to explore the sales set or display article category so you can meet your requirement. In this case the sales set stays together so you can combine the single the articles versus the display you can group every thing and sell the individual units.

Thankyou for your input. I thought Sales Set is when you purchase separately but sell together? We need to purchase together but sell separately. I will look into the display option
