Hello experts, in my company implemented MRS 10, however, for some reason, when I select an Org. Unit. Node, which has subnodes with demands, should appear the demands of all nodes, but it is not so.
The demands correspond to CRM Service Orders, which step of the configuration is missing so that, when selecting the parent node, it shows all the demands of sub nodes?
