My requirement is to use MRP type V1 so that if the stock falls below the reorder point, the following MRP run will create the planned orders to maintain the maximum stock level. In addition, the customer's requirements are met within the Repl. lead time. So I've kept the reorder point at 1500 and the maximum stock level at 3000. My current stock is 1048. So the stock is less than the reorder point, and a scheduled order for 1952 is generated. Also, the customer's requirements should be considered. However, in my case, the customer requirement is addressed, but some customer requirements are not included in the MRP Run. Could you please help on this why certain Customer orders are not been included in the MRP Run?
