First of all, I would like to mention that I am an intern, and I am still learning the SAP tool. So my lack of knowledge in the area is huge.
I am developing a project whose theme is the improvement of processes within the supply chain, for a determine product.
At this time, the company's MRP is done manually in excel. This is because, this product is produced by the company for internal consumption and for sale to a customer. SAP can automatically do MRP, but it cannot divide the raw material that is required for that customer's orders. That's why they're doing it manually.
My question is:
Why can't SAP do this separation?
What solutions would you have to solve this situation?

Antes de tudo, gostava de referir que sou uma estagiária, e ainda estou a aprender a ferramenta SAP. Portanto, a minha falta de conhecimento na área é gigante.
Estou a desenvolver um projeto cujo tema é a melhoria dos processos dentro da cadeia de abastecimento, para um determninado produto.
Neste momento, o MRP da empresa é feito manualemnte em excel. Isto porque, este produto é produzido pela empresa para consumo interno e para venda a um cliente. O SAP consegue fazer automaticamente o MRP, contudo não consegue dividir a matéria-prima que é necessária para as encomendas desse cliente. Daí estarem a fazer manualmente.
A minha questão é:
Porque é que o SAP não consegue fazer essa separação?
Que soluções dariam para resolver esta situação?
