MRP for planned orders

Hi,

we have requirement quantities that cannot be produced in a single lot. Therefore the System schedules several receipts for one day with MRP heuristic. We want these receipts to be scheduled with offset, means the maximum lot size is as well the maximum we can produce for one day (similar to the "takt time" logic in ERP, MRP1 in material master). Is there a solution in APO PPDS heuristics available?

thanks a lot for this advice, we have used /SAPAPO/RRP_PLANNING method RECEIPTS_SAVE and it works fine.

Do you know by chance if the same logic can be applied to CTP as well during sales order creation and ATP? I have found Badi /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_CHECK with method AFTER_NETTING where I can affect the outcome of CTP. Do you have any experience with this requirement? Can i affect the start times for CTP created Planned orders as well and apply an own logic for sequence and number of orders per day?

Please refer the SAP recommendation on lot size procedure FS, which does not exists in APO system.

However you can use the BAdi /SAPAPO/RRP_PLANNING method RECEIPTS_SAVE - Change the Planning Results with your own logic. Takt time field is not there is SCM you have to maintain Target Days' Supply field in product master.
