Moving HU to PSA

Hi,

I was wondering has anyone had success moving a HU to a PSA Bin and not losing the HU Number? I'm thinking in regards to nested HU's and what will happen if I move the child HU to a PSA Bin. Will the Parent HU stay or will be destroyed with the child HU

Hi.

If the HU will be deleted or not after becomes empty, can be controlled by your configuration.

Thanks for replying and giving me good information. I will look into this and try. Is this also for nested HU's? I'm asusming so.

This is for your packaging material type, so yes, it can be for any type of HU, nested or not.

Look at IMG > SCM Extended Warehouse Management > Extended Warehouse Management > Cross-process settings > Handling Units > Basics > Define Packaging Material Types
