I am very new to SAP. Just recently got a job that requires me to use it. While I thought my bosses would be able to train me how to use SAP, it seems many of them do not know how to use it very much either. I cannot help but notice that a lot of our processes are clunky and inefficient. Although I can notice the inefficiency, I am too new to SAP to know how to improve them. For one, I am wondering if there is a more efficient way to do many production order reschedules. When trained how to do this, I was told to go into MD04, use the collective access tab, search for a specific MRP controller (I have a list of 12 to go through) and then look for numbers in the 7 column, select the material, then individual click and edit all the production orders with a reschedule date and manually change them. Doing this often takes me 3-4 hours. I feel like there has to be a more efficient way. Any advice would be appreciated!
