Monitoring Options - HANA Spatial Services from S/4 HANA Embedded TM 2021

Dear Experts,

Wishing all a great year of happy learning!!

Recently, we have on-boarded HANA spatial service + HERE (BYOL) to determine Distance & duration and Location Geo-codes from SAP S/4 HANA Embedded TM 2021.

Connectivity & response rates are convincing and we could realize the integrations E2E within a week. 🙂

However, we lack clarity on available monitoring options to check Utilization / failures in the communications either in S/4 side or BTP side. Appreciate your insights on how this Interface is being monitored with respect to Cost Utilization / Failures in your setup. 🙂

Also, the present standard setup suggest to store HERE APP key directly in T-code: /SCTM/PC03 which is also a concern for security team. Anyone realized this step in a different way / does this security risk accepted/mitigated in your setup differently? ( We are thinking about restricting access to this T-code )
