Dear community,
Here is my request. The Central planer wants to have the possibility overwrite the value of the local markets by entering a target value at aggregated level (Product-Group). If a condition is mate, then this value should be disaggregated according the available proportions within the system and replace the planed values entered at product level by the local planers
I did implement a solution but i have issues with the performance since the calculation and disaggregation is performed for all the product groups regardless of the fact that a value was maintained at aggregated level or not. Only at the end, i provide a check to only overwrite the initial value if there was a value maintained at product-group level
My idea is to restrict the calculation only to the relevant product groups. I want to identify all the product groups with a volume >0 within the next 6 months. Based on this information a want to set the value of an attribute and run the jobs with a planning filter equal to this value.
This could be done in CPI-DS but maybe also in a key figure calculation??
On the IBP-Help it is mentioned that an Alert an attribute can be set to 1 when there is an alert on a key figure. Unfortunately i could not find any example for the modelling.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
Please share your key figure calculations.
In your scenario, it is possible to enter the aggregated value at the Product Group level and then quantities disaggregated to the production level.

Lingaiah
