Mobile Transaction History Monitor in /syclo/admin returns empty list

Hi Experts,

We have the following requirement, client wants a report containing; what transactions have been done via device and how many transactions have been done.

I explored the /syclo/admin Monitoring portal to cater the requirements, I can see the below "Mobile Transaction History Monitor" which seems to be the answer for our query, but it always returns empty list, when I click "Recalculate statistics" I can see the job successfully running in SAP as attached, but still the list is empty.

I have configured the Number Ranges as well as attached.

Did I miss some other steps to get this work?

Or can anyone provide the table details which has the mobile transaction details in SAP?
