Dear support,
The customer has the SSAM Inventory Clerk persona active in their environment; however, any and all material document movements (e.g., movement types 101, 261, 202, 201) are not being logged or made available for user visualization.
For comparison, when using the Maintenance Technician persona, all actions performed in a maintenance order are recorded in the action log, which can be accessed via transactions such as IW32 or IW33.
The question is: Does the SSAM application truly lack this logging functionality for the Inventory Clerk persona, and should this be considered a development requirement?
The customer considers this a sensitive issue due to audit requirements.
