Hello,

I am not able to see the Buttons inside the Dispute Management Screen.

I think the problem is...that I don't have this FIN_DIS2.

Is it possible to create this profile(FIN_DIS2)?...or I need to activate it somewhere?

Please help me with this.

Thanks in Advance

Ashish

check you have activated all of the required business function sets and specific BC sets.

Assume you are beyond Enh Pack 2

You might also need to adjust from client 000 the standard config values

Hi Mark

Thank you so much.

(1) I have checked the Business Function and they are active.

(2) If I am on EHP7...I have the functionality of EHP2..right..?

Or...I have to activate it somewhere..?

(3) Can you please tell me...what standard config. I have to perform.

Thank You

Ashish

In the create profile config screen - use the adjustment function to copy the values from client 000

In order for you to see the customer disputed objects - the dispute case type needs to have the correct profile

So...this is not a problem related to EHP upgrade...?

I don't know - you said you have the business functions active

Does that mean - you have FIN_FSCM_CCD and FIN_FSCM_INTEGRATION activated?

SFW5 is the place to check

I would activated ALL of the FIN_FSCM business function sets if you are on Enhancement Pack 7

Yes.....I have checked the Business Functions in SFW5.

FIN_FSCM_CCD

.................._CCD2

.............................

FIN_FSCM_INTEGRATION

.................._INTEGRATION2

............................................

All are active.

OK- so if you cant see the profile in the create profile screen - you need to copy the standard config from client 000 - via adjustment as mentioned

Environment >> Adjustment

you will need an RFC connection to client 000 built - get BASIS to do that

And I am Inside the Adjustment Screen

But I am not able to see the FIN_DIS2...inside this screen.

So from your dev system - you have gone into config - and click the adjustment button - selected client 000?

The value should be there in client 000 - you then need to copy that back into your dev system - by selecting the tick boxes

As I am on Sandbox....I can't see it on Sandbox 000 client.

can I pull it from DEV 000 client.?

Hi Mark,

In SCPR20 transaction...when I am trying to activate the "UDM_CUST_CCM" BC Set.

It comes with so many error.

can you work with your BASIS consultant please?

in SFW5 - the BFS - should be seen as active.

You should need to activate the lower nodes - it should all be done at the higher level.
