When sending a file to a user who does not have IBP installed on their pc and is using Microsoft 365, the row labels all show as #NAME?. This does not happen to users who do not have IBP but are using an earlier version of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Excel 2013). The only solution we currently have is to have the person who created the file in IBP to do a copy/paste special values so that this does not happen.
Has anyone else seen this issue and have a solution?

Hi
are you using the Go Offline functionality? That was specifically introduced to support cases where one user wants to share a PV with non-IBP users.
The "Go Offline" button can be found in the SAP IBP ribbon from verison 2005.2.0 onwards.
Best regards,
Anna
