Hi, I looking for advice on how to manage MFS process in the case when I move multiple HU (pallets) piled on top of each other up to 3 on a single move. It is the process of picking HU from bulk storage. The operator picks pallets from the stack and decides how many pallets to take and places them on the infeeder point. The operator confirms picking WT in RFUI . WOCR is 1xHU =1x WO.
Currently, I send WT telegrams for each HU but PLC expects a single telegram (infeeder request) with up to 3 HU. The PLC scanner scans one of them and transfers the pallets to the destination.
I could customize the RFUI process and go from picking to packing station and create nested HU then go to MFS storage. But after a transfer, I have to unpack top HU.
Or somehow adapt the end of the picking process and of sending telegram...
After reaching the destination I get back the WTCO in the same telegram structure. For this I want to use badi /SCWM/EX_MFS_HU_DET_TELE and confirm multiple HUs.
Request clarification before answering.
Resolved by picking into PICK-HU, then moving HU to the MFS entry point. After confirmation from the MFS exit point, the main HU is unpacked.
