Methods of delivery of production processes

Within the production plant where I work, there are 2 delivery methods for the finished product in SAP; through purchase orders and process orders. My question is if there is a method other than the 2 mentioned since we are having problems with purchase orders (Not allowed anymore) and our process orders are showing great increase in costs.
