Method of Transferring SAP Queries

I have created a SAP query in the Global Area through SQ03,SQ02, and SQ01, and I want to transfer this created query to the QA environment. However, I am seeking guidance on the specific method of transfer. I have heard that there are the following methods of transfer, and I am wondering which one is generally more preferable:

1. The method of creating a Transport Request (TR) and transferring it via Transport of Copies (ToC).

2. The method of Download/Upload (a method that does not create a TR?)

Could you please advice on which above method 1,2 is prefarable?
Also, please provide specific instructions for the above method 2 (Download/Upload).

Transport request is less risky because you avoid manual operations...

Why Transport of Copies? (choosing the type of request is not specific to SAPQuery, it depends on where you want to transport)

When I refer to this, as you mentioned, it takes time to transport them and it seems to be risky, so I follow your advice.

Actually, almost all of my colleagus mentioned that the method of Download/Upload is common way for transfeering Queries, so I did not have confident on that this time.
Here is another question: What is the benefit of the method of Download/Upload?

Im my current project, we use Solman for transporting objects. So, we are supopsed to create ToC as a project rule.

I don't really know. I guess Download/Upload copies exactly the same data as with Transport. You can imagine anything: in case of emergency/transport is down or slow, you want to download for backup, you want to have a quick look at the query details, you want to change the query before importing it, etc.
