Hi SAP experts,
I receive the following error in the CIF Inbound for APO:
Customer requirement N BM 0020976182 000011 0001: Error during update; see preceding message. Product 000000006700287960 does not exist
I have all the relevant CIF IMs activated (Master Data IMs and Transactional Data IMs) including Scheduling Agreements, Sales Order. I am getting the above described error with SYSFAIL status (in transaction smq2, /sapapo/cq). As I see this error is coming back every few days after I am deleting it.
I checked on the ECC side the material *6700287960* but there is none to be found (table MARA, MARC). Also I tried to find the Sales Order by entering *20976182* in VBAK, sales document number and also I could not find the responsible sales order.
Do you know how I can identity the material/sales order/Scheduling Agreement on the ECC side because of which I have this error?
I would appreciate if you could tell me what is to do (a step by step to dos would be great). I will keep you in touch after I try your suggestions, I guess there are many with this problem.
