ME23N CREATE ATTACHMENT

Hello Everyone ;

When we were using SAP ECC, we were able to add an attachment to a PO without having to switch to edit mode and without creating an output message to the vendor with a new PO version . This is no longer possible for us since we have migrated to S4 is there any way we can add an attachment to a purchase order in ME23N (not ME22N) without trigering a new PO version or editing the PO .

Dear Fabrice,

It is really not possible anymore to add attachment to MM PO in Display mode.

Reason for the new program logic was decided by almost all applications to disable the option of attachment usage when displaying the document to avoid issues with integrated systems.

KBA 3050684 - Not able to create GOS Attachment in display mode in ME23n (or ME53n) - explains the same.

You can create an implicit enhancement as shown below to enable it.

Thank you Shamsul , I was looking forn RTP group but cannot find will repost in MM group , since the change started during the switch from IM to EWM and related to goods receipt I posted here as well .
