MDT ATTRIBUTES

Hi All,

In MDT production source header we have attributes like

'Capacity Consumption Policy,

Production Ratio Time Series Indicator, Production Source Receipts Balancing Scope

Production source item attribute

Component Offset

and in other MDT LOCATION PRODUCT we have attribute ,

Subnetwork ID Non Delivery Fair-Share Cost Policy
Inventory Holding Fair-Share Cost Policy

where we can find the significance of these attributes and its usage in IBP.

are these attributes applicable for any specific application optimizer, demand planning.

let me know if there is any sap help available.

thanks piyush and neeraj it was helpful, but i have few attributes arround 10-15 from product location,sourcelocation, production header which are not covered in sap help in the above link.

Hi SJ,

Most of these attributes are used in time series based supply planning. Some attributes e.g. Subnetwork ID is used in multiple application - heuristic and optimizer. Most of the cost related attributes are used in optimizer. You can find more information on each attribute/MDT and where exactly it is used in SAP Help below.
