MD04 Setting Confuguration for columns Vendor and Pegged Requirement description

Hello,

For MD04 display

Is it possible to fix always visible columns Vendor and Vendor Name, also have a visible column with the Pegged requirement description without double clicking on the number. Also would like to know if the Header could be fixed always shown without clicling on it. Specifically I always use Total Consumption information.
