Material Release time in SAP

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to check the actual release time being taken by quality team to release materials in SAP. in other words, i want to check stock release date and time after posting GR. Any Transaction in SAP that can be used for this as WHM team?

So you would like to have the quality inspection document's decision timestamp for your current warehouse stock, correct? I think there's no possibility in standard, as far as I know the timestamp is not written to the stock in the way the GR timestamp is. So after the quality inspection document is decided, there's no link between the stock and the QINSP. Also, the link doesn't have to be 1:1, it can be n:m, so you would have to settle for a way to handle mixed storage.

You could quite easily develop this by appending a custom timestamp field to the quant (use EEW structure /SCWM/INCL_EEW_S_QUAN) and populating the field during posting change for the quality decision (use BAdI /SCWM/EX_CORE_CO_QUAN_UPD).

In case you are referring just to the quality inspection decision, use transaction /SCWM/QIDPR or quality inspection node in warehouse management monitor.
