Material kitting for items used in parallel (multiple packaging) - looking for solution

Hello everybody,

I am looking for a solution for the following cases:

Once the MO is released, the TO is received in the WH automatically and the users start the material kitting process (picking). Sometimes, some of the materials are used in parallel on the same line, but different assembly locations. The WH is informed for the total quantity needed, but not for the different number of packaging, due to the parallel usage.

example: total TO qty needed 10k pcs = 1 SU (packaging)

Issue: used in 3 sections in the line => 3 SUs (packaging) are needed = either 30k pcs or to repack the 10k to 3,33k in 3 packaging.

Do you know if there is a standard configuration that could solve this gap?
