Material and Physical Inventory Documents number range change

Hi,

I want to change Material and Physical Inventory Documents number range. I found out SSCUI '103896' - Define Number Assignment for Material and Physical Inventory Documents. Since number range is part of the cutover activity and does not create a transport, I'm trying to change it in the Test tenant under 'Implementation Activities', but I couln't find it?
Can anyone please guide me how can I change it?
