Master Data upload on daily level SAP IBP

Good day Experts

We are trying to load data provided by a client on a daily level onto master data that is, by default, on a weekly level. (Please confirm that this statement is true)

1. Is there a way to change the base level for MD data upload - e.g. We need to specify 1 or 2 days customer lead times and the system only allows integer hence 1 week is the minimum.

2. Some Key figures are on a week base planning level and we require it to be on a day base planning level. What is the best way to achieve this? e.g. Actuals Qty is on a weekly level and we want to upload on a daily level.

Hi Mohammad,

1. If I understood the question correctly, for some of the attributes like lead time, you want to load lead time in days. Please note, these attributes like lead time doesn't have any time dimension attached to it. If you are running supply planning at MTH level, lead time of 1 will be considered as 1 month. If you are running supply planning at day level, lead time of 1 will be considered as 1 day. SAPIBP1 unified planning area offers supply planning related key figures in TW level which means you can run supply planning at TW level or at higher levels but not at day level. If you want to run it at day level, you need to change base planning level of relevant supply planning related key figures to day.

2. You can upload data in a key figure at same or higher level than the base planning level. If base planning level of Actuals Qty key figure is TW, you cannot load data at day level in this key figure.
