I used Mass Update functionality in UDM_dispute to void dispute cases.
These should have been voided individually so that the case ID number would be voided in UDM_Dispute as well as FLB5N. By using Mass Update functionality the dispute case is voided on the UDM_Dispute side, but the case ID number still exists on the FLB5N side. I need to have these dispute case numbers voided on the FLB5N side so that I can generate new CASE ID numbers for each entry.
Does anyone knows how can I do this ?
