Mass Maintenance of products (DD) not running

Hi,

I am using Fiori with SAP S/4HANA 1809. I completed Schedule product classification (DD) for four materials and it is successfully completed.

Materials are having MRP type PD or VB. I have not changed them to D1. I plan to do this as part of Mass Maintenance of products (DD) app.

When I started Mass Maintenance of products (DD), I am not getting the output. Instead, system keep running and shows "Please wait".

This is the first time, I am running this app in this system.

Kindly advise to complete the process.

When I tried it again, I got the error as following:

"Unable to load the data.This can happen if you are not connected to the Internet, or if an underlying system or component is not available."

I checked internet by running other apps and they are working fine.

What could be the issue of "underlying system or component is not available"? Kindly support.

I could resolve an issue of not loading “Mass Maintenance of Products” loading error. O Data service was missing. I added it and then the app opened.
