But my application for this authorization was rejected by group IT. they said normally it's not available to end users.

So is there any other T-code to use?

Could IT run the mass change for you? The MASS transaction (while powerful) is the safest way to make mass changes

Hi - you can use the MASS transaction; look for the sales order. Delivery date is one of the fields available.
