Mass allocation of components in routings - 20.000 rouitngs - 2.000.000 components

I need your help on the issue I have described in the attached picture. We have 100 assembly line, on each line there are approx. 200 final products produced. Each final product has approx. 100 components and its own routing. The difference of the BOMS is often very low, so 98 components can be the same as in other products, so the difference is only 2 components soemtimes.

The assembly lines have approx 15 workcenters/stations and I need to allocate to each station, from each variant all the components. So it means over all final products and assembloy lines I need to create 20.000 routings and allocate apprx. 2.000.000 components to different workcenters.

I hope I gave all information, that you can understand my issue and of course you can give me a good advice how to do it in the most efficient way.
