Hello,
The requirement is as follows:
Client is a LSP and is only into FLT business. There are 6 types of trucks, of different sizes that are being used today.
One Forwarding order is always for a single type of truck. We are using an optimizer to select the right type of truck as per the FWO. For a particular order we need to make sure that the truck selected by the optimizer is of the same type and not of any other type.
Weight of the material that is being transferred is not captured in the FWO, so the truck selection can't be done on the weight of the material being transferred and in no case any other truck type (other than the one ordered) can be sent to the customer.
Concern arises because in the standard forwarding order for FTL we give order for a container - which is an equipment type, but the resources are vehicles (vehicle types).
I am planning to use incompatibilities between equipments and vehicles that should not go together, is this the right approach?
Regards,
Sourav
