Manual creation of transportation zone in SAP TM

Hello,

we have embedded S/4 HANA TM. I have created a shipping point but did not assign transportation zone to it . I used program SAPAPO/CREATE_LOC to transfer shipping point to SAP S/4 TM.

Now can I create Transportation zone manually in S/4 TM and then add shipping point manually to it in S/4 TM ?

Hi Sachin,

You can create Transportation zone in /SCMTMS/ZONE transaction and assign the shipping point in Zone - Location tab.

Hello Carlos,

I just started learning SAP TM. what I dont like about SAP is that they write a lot of theory without giving examples on help.sap.com or their other courses.

For eg I had a difficult time understanding selection profiles and how pick up dates etc are calculated. then someone on Sap forum explained with screesnhots from SAP TM.

do you know any websites which explains SAP TM with examples ?

Secondly how did you learn SAP TM. By getting into a TM project an working under someone ?
