Manage STO order from MTO in to MTS

Good Morning all,

our company manage the production of finished goods with MTO strategy.

The requirement for the components are in MTS strategy.

Sometimes we buy the components from other subsidiary with sales order and we recive in free stock with a purchase order.

To have a better manage of this we want to create a sales order from the subsidiary with our company as sold and delivery to, and use STO order to move the quantity. Our problem is that the MRP don't see the components for the production untill we move from the sales order stock in to the free stock.

There is a type of STO order that moves the quantity in MTO but in the last step of the shipment move the quantity in free stock?
There is a way to tell MRP that the requirement MTS that he have will be filled up with the STO order? Maybe creating another type of order.
