Manage Planning Objects app deletion option gone. Restrictions, Catalog and Role are OK!

Hi gurus

All of the sudden the

I was using the app Manage Planning Objects, and I was deleting some Planning Objects (PO). The last time I used the option, the system did not appear to be deleting the PO as when I refreshed. using "Go" the count remained the same. The option was working, as I can see in the application log that 6810 PO were deleted earlier. The following day the option to delete PO was no longer displayed on the page.

I checked my Business Role, and it has the corresponding Business Catalog for Managing Planning Objects. I checked the Business Catalog, and it has Read and Write access (unrestricted) for MDPLOB_PLAREA_VRSIO_MD_EDIT_SC and Write access (unrestricted) for MPOTYP. There have been no changes to my role.

Last but not least, this problem shows in the Productive Environment and the Test Environment.

We have not made any changes to roles/access. This all happened over last weekend when no other user than myself was logged

Please help I have the need to do a significant and important deletion of Planning Objects

I post the incident with SAP and they replied (pretty quick) and I quote

"Develpment already identified the issue and compiled an correction. The fix will be shipped to your systems with HFC05 (See wiki page for details).

As a work around you can also delete planning objects via master data workbook.

If you can not wait until HFC05, please let us know to provide an exceptional emergency patch."
