Make Putaway quantity Field mandatory in Inbound delivery

We have a requirement of making "Putaway quantity" field mandatory in Inbound delivery.

Kindly provide possible way to make the field mandatory in the SAP S/4HANA Public cloud.

Please check the SSCUI 'Define Delivery Item Categories'(102974) for the corresponding item category. If the relevant for picking indicator is ticked, it is mandatory to do putaway before posting goods issue for the inbound delivery.
