Maintain Country and Region in SAP Field Service Management

Dear Experts,

while integrating SAP Service Cloud (Cloud For Customer) with SAP Field Service Management I am facing an issue with maintaining countries and regions in FSM. In instructions manual there is only short explanation that I should upload code list using POSTMAN:

Unfortunately there is no detail explanation how to do it (I have no experience with POSTMAN at all). Maybe someone from you know how to upload Country and State to FSM using this POSTMAN ?

Hi Kacper,

Without the knowledge of api and some practice with postman or any other similar tools it would be hard. I suggest to study Data API and learn the basics. Then you will need to maintain Country and State dtos using this API. I reckon countries are already there. But I found that regions are mostly missing.
