Hello all !
Recently we have encountered a problem with starting SFC from order. From our previous systems we supported we are used to analyze logs etc after some problems. Here in SAP DM we can't really - at least it's not so easy.
I know we can check Audit Logs using Audit Log Viewer service. But that's only part of what we need - mostly security, config changes etc. But if we get an error 'Unknown Error Detected' like we do now, we can't really pin it to anything. We did check configuration of our Master Data (materials, routings, bom etc), we did check our work centers and resources - seems fine. At least seems fine to us - we are still learning this system.
So - back to topic. Is it possible to view any other logs ? Application/backend related ? This error (HTTP 500 response) must originate from something else, but can't analyze it without any logs.
Are they only available for SAP backend engineers ? If not - how to access them ? Any other subscription or service we need ? Mind you we work on 'test and demo' version of SAP DM (for partners)
We have created a case regarding this issue, but we'd like to be more independent with solving such problems.
