Login Error SAP IBP starter edition

Hi experts,

I recently purchased the starter edition of IBP, and unfortunately I got unable to login as a technical user because I tyried to login with a wrong password several times.

Now, I know the correct password as well as right username, so I am ready for the next time. However, I would like to know how can the lock be lifted and when. If anyone familiar with that, please help me.
