Please look for app application log that will shows error details you can also blank from application job details that branch to applications log hope this helps

Hi Jeff,

As mentioned by Anil, while in the IBP WEB UI, in the General Planner section, you can open the app called Application Logs, and paste the whole "Log Handle" in the search there. Then, you will find the technical logs related to the error experienced.
