Experts:
When a Scheduler gets onto any machine (on the DS Planning Board) for carrying out his/her scheduling activities, we want to LOCK it for any further changes, by any other scheduler. This is to prevent duplicate changes on the same machine on the Planning board.
How could this be achieved?
