I am relatively new to this process so I need your help.
I checked online but could not find the steps for this scenario.
1) our customer is sending material to be repaired
2) During repair time, we send him substitute material on loan
3) when the customer material is repaired, we send him back his own material and recuperate the material we gave him on loan.
The steps are clear and the repair process works well, what I am not sure about is how to send and later recuperate the material we give to the customer on loan?
meaning, how do I send it, what movement/special stock do I use, how to return it?
