Hello experts,
is there any standard way, how to propagate agreed loading time from Transportation management back to ERP and / or to EWM? We have a process as follows:
- Outbound delivery is created and distributed into TM and EWM (with general opening hours as acceptable loading time)
- Freight unit is planned into Freight order. Exact loading time (slot) is agreed with a carrier. Information is stored in FO.
- We would like to provide this exact information to EWM in order to know when the warehouse activities (pick & pack) should be started. Means to prepare goods on time, e.g. to start goods preparation one hour before dispatch. The aim is the material is ready when truck is comming, but not blocking the the ramps long time before.
The embedded basic versions of TM and EWM used within S/4 system with ASR integration.
