We have this scenario where the racks contain one HU in each bin. For dispatches w.r.t. Sales order/Outbound Delivery, the HU needs to be picked and placed in area in front of each rack always. Forklift then picks from here and moves to dispatch area where the HU is unpacked to get loose SKU's to dispatch for the Outbound Delivery. The remaining qty in the HU can remain in dispatch area or returned to wherever supervisor wants.
This is the process:
HU from Rack bin --> Interim area bin in front of Rack --> Dispatch area to unpack and loose SKU posted to GI-ZONE
I'm not sure which process to apply here; POSC, Pickpoint, LOSC or which ? Any suggestions please.
