Loading data into One Exposure if activation of Cash Management done later

Hello, experts!

I need some help with loading data into one exposure when activation of cash management done some time after Go Live. I have done some research but suggestions does not seem to help.

What I have done:
1. Used transaction FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER to generate previous flows and add data into One Exposure table. But this transaction is only generation flows for data which was created after activating Cash Management.
2. Tried to use transaction FDFD but without result
