Load Data Step on a server

In SAP APO system, we have a load data step in a process chain. It creates a job on random server as per the load balancing. We want to schedule this job on a particular server. But problem is that if I schedule the process chain on a particular server, still the load data job gets created on any random server as per load balancing. Where is the configuration maintained about the server so that I can make such a setting so that the job starts only on a particular server?

You can define a dedicated server at the process chain level (Menu Attributes / Background server).
