LiveCache LABEL.ASC error when installing an AAS.

Hello. I am trying to install and AAS for an EHP3 SCM 7.0, SAP NW 7.4 system. In the SWPM, when I get prompted for the LiveCache Package, I point to the correct package and I get the below error. The log file is displaying the same error. I am installing this on an AIX server. Any ideas about what is going wrong?

from the provided information is not clear on the root case of the Installation issue.

=> Create the message to BC-DB-LVC component & get the SAP support.
