Is it possible to attach a PDF to a piece of equipment so that whenever a work order is printed which involves that piece of equipment, the PDF will print along with the work order? For example if we wanted to print a user guide whenever the equipment is called for maintenance. If printing an attached document is not an option, then is it possible to print a file path that the user could follow, like within the long text of the equipment?
