Line Item Deleted in PRDI

Dear Experts,

I have a Situation, where IBD was created with 2 Items in ECC and same was Distributed to EWM. /SCWM/IDN has 2 Line Items. but in /SCWM/PRDI, One Item is deleted (By Clicking on Dustbin Button) and Putaway is completed. GR Information went to SAP for only 1 Item. How I Restore 2nd Item in PRDI or how I can Reject 2nd Item in IDN. Since Putaway can not be completed for 2nd Line, Status does not got to ECC and unable to create new IBD for 2nd Item.

Could you Check /SCWM/CHM_LOG Monitor(CHM) and also read related OSS notes.

Hello Ajit,

I checked /SCWM/CHM_LOG, IBD appears, but it does not show any Inconsistency / corrections, so from this Transaction / Screen unable to add 2nd Item.

Hi Avdhoot,

A new IBD should've been created for this deleted item with reference to the same IDN.

In /SCWM/IDN, if you select the IDN and navigate to the Inbound Delivery tab (which will direct to /SCWM/PRDI), you should see two IBDs.

Please let me know if you found this new delivery.

Hello Luan,

Thank you for your response. I Entered IBD in IDN and Navigate to PRDI, but Still it shows only one IBD with one Item. (No 2 IBDs)

Hi Avdhoot,

Have you checked if there is any stuck queue in SMQ2 related to the deliveries?
If not, please take a look at SMQ2 in ECC and EWM to see if there's anything there.

If you try to activate the IDN again does it throw an error message?

Hello Luan,

I checked SMQ2 both in ECC / EWM, no Queues Pending. Also when I go to IDN and click on Activate nothing happens.

The initial reply by luanwr is exactly what should have happened. +1

Try to go directly to /SCWM/PRDI and enter the ERP document (inbound delivery number), you should receive two documents.
